♥Goods returned
1. Please check your goods on delivery. Any goods received wrongly will be replaced and any other complaints will be brought into consideration. Please contact us within 3 working days for any problems occurred during receiving of goods. Complaints and comments after 3 days won't be entertained.


2. For those goods returned, please send us back the goods in good condition as you received them including the packaging. Terms and condition applied.

♥Origin of goods

All of our products are 100% genuine and varies from many countries such as Taiwan, Korea and USA. We don't sell imitations and products that will cause harm to the users.

1. All pre-orders closed temporary EXCEPT contact lenses.


PS: All pre-order products will arrive within 2-3days. All products will be delivered to customers the next day of the stock arrived.





♥For those whose buy list consists of stock that is pre-order can choose to wait until the stock has arrived and stock will be delivered together with the ready stock OR can choose to deliver separately. DELIVERY CHARGES will be charge accordingly.
